    • Oman’s tallest flagpole’ nears completion in Al Khuwair

    Muscat: Muscat Municipality, in cooperation with Jindal Shadeed Company, is implementing the final stages of installing the flagpole in the Al Khuwair Square project, which will witness the installation of the highest flagpole in the Sultanate of Oman, at a height of 126 meters.

    The AlKhuwair Square project comes through the principle of community participation between the municipality and the private sector, which works to encourage companies to implement similar projects to enhance tourism and development movement by adding many recreational and sports facilities. And developing the area surrounding the flagpole with green spaces, a number of walkways and a bicycle path.
