Oman Telecommunications Company “Omantel” announced elected new board of directors for the period 2023-2025

In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange the company said: “We would like to announce that the AGM of Omantel was held on 31st March 2023 and elected new Board of Directors for the period (2023-2025). Following is the new board:

Mr. Mulham bin Basheer Al-Jarf

Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al-khalili

Eng. Atif bin Said Al-Siyabi

Mr. Ibrahim bin Said Al-Eisri

Mr. Khalid bin Talib Al-Hasani

Mr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Barami

Mr. Is’haq Bin Zaid Al Maawali

Sayyid Zaki bin Hilal Al-Busaidi

Sheikh Aiman bin Ahmed Al-Hosni

The Board of Directors met immediately after the election and took the following decisions:

Elected Mr. Mulham bin Basheer Al-Jarf as the Chairman to the Board, and Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Khalili the Deputy Chairman.

Appointed Mr. Saud bin Mansour Al Mazrooei as the Company Secretary, and Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al Hadrami as the Board legal Advisor

Appointed the Chairman and the CEO of the company as the official spokespersons on behalf of the company.
