    • Omicron: Oman’s Supreme Committee bans holding of all events and gathering

    Muscat: The Supreme Committee in charge of dealing with the spread of Covid-19 decided to ban the holding of marriage and mourning ceremonies in mosques, halls and other public places, starting from publishing this statement until further notice, stressing the continuation of the ban on holding all events and gatherings in public councils.

    The committee indicated that the concerned authorities will take all legal measures to apprehend violators of this decision.
