    Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a person on charges of stealing a vehicle from Muscat Governorate.

    In a statement ROP said: “After a monitoring and tracking operation, the North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested a person on charges of stealing a vehicle from Muscat Governorate, and legal procedures are being completed against him.”
