    Muscat:The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a person on charges of stealing mobile phones from several shops in Al Batinah Governorate.

    In a statement ROP said: North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested a person on charges of stealing mobile phones from several shops in the governorate’s states by defrauding the seller and fleeing before completing the purchase process, and completing the legal procedures against him.
