    Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP’) has arrested an expat on charges of fraud and misappropriation of victims in doubling money scam in S Al Batinah

    In a statement ROP said: “The South Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested a person of African nationality on charges of fraud and misappropriation of the victims’ money by deluding the victims of his ability to increase and double the money, and the legal procedures against him are completed.”
