Muscat: The Ministry of Labor issued an alert about the recent interruption of online services as a result of a technical failure on the ministry’s website.
In a statement the ministry said: The Ministry of labour has confirmed, that electronic services are back to normal, explaining that service seekers can complete their transactions. Where the technical malfunction was solved and the online service are back to receive all requests, indicating that the malfunction did not affect the data on the network.
The Ministry apologized to all beneficiaries of the ministry’s services for the interruption that occurred due to the technical failure that negatively affected their work, and led to a delay in completing their transactions, stressing that it will take this delay into account and work to complete their transactions as soon as possible.
