    Muscat: OQ announces an emergency Mock Drill in Musandam at Block 8 on July 19, 2023.

    In a statement OQ said: “We would like to inform you that OQ, represented by the Exploration & Productions sector (E&P), has scheduled an emergency Mock Drill on 19 July 2023, in Musandam at Block 8. The drill will take place between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM. This exercise has been planned and will be conducted by our Crisis Management Team in collaboration with the Musandam government authorities. Please be aware that the Mock Drill is purely for training purposes and does not indicate an actual emergency situation. As such, there is no cause for concern or alarm. We kindly request you to refer to our official channels for updates regarding the Mock Drill.”
