Muscat: The Infitech Training Institute, a subsidiary of Abraj Energy Services company, today marked the passing out of 45 Omani technicians who attended training at the institute.
The yearlong employment-linked programme, funded by the Ministry of Labour, constituted part of vocational programme in the fields of electricity and mechanics within the sectors of oil and gas.
The passing-out ceremony was held under the auspices of Sayyid Salim bin Musallam Al Busaidi, Human Resources Development Undersecretary at the Labour Ministry.
The vocational training programme was the first of its kind in the Sultanate of Oman that provided 1,512 hours of training. – ONA
