    • Political Affairs Undersecretary receives a copy of credentials of the new Ambassador of Myanmar

    Muscat: Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, received here today a copy of the credentials of Tin Yu, Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, appointed to the Sultanate of Oman.

    His Excellency the Sheikh welcomed the Ambassador, wishing him success in carrying out his duties. He also wished the relations between the two countries further development and growth.

    The meeting was attended by Ambassador Najeeb Yahya Al Balushi, Head of the Protocol Department, and several officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
