Bahla: A training program was held for children under the age of 15 in the Wilayat of Bahla to teach them to make pottery in various types and methods, with the aim of preparing a generation interested in traditional crafts, especially pottery.
Saeed bin Ali Al-Wardi, owner of the Bin Al-Mudar Roastery – in which the children were trained – said that this event came to develop children’s creative skills and enable them to create distinctive pieces of their own hands and occupy their spare time, as they made a number of pottery vessels such as: “Al-Jahla” and The censer, pottery cups and some utensils.
