Preliminary Qualifiers Committee for the Sultan Qaboos Holy Qur’an Competition Visits Mahout

Muscat: The Preliminary Qualifiers Committee for the Sultan Qaboos Holy Quran Competition in its thirtieth session today visited the Wilayat of Mahout in the Al Wusta Governorate, in order to evaluate the participants in the competition.

The participants were listened to and evaluated at seven levels: the first level memorized the entire Holy Qur’an, the second level memorized twenty-four parts of the Holy Qur’an, and the third level included eighteen parts, the fourth level included memorizing twelve parts of the Holy Qur’an, and the fifth level memorized six parts. The sixth level includes memorizing four parts, and the seventh level memorizing two parts of the Noble Qur’an.

It is worth noting that the Sultan Qaboos Holy Quran Competition comes in its 30th session and is held in 25 centers distributed in various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. Goodness, and finding glorified reciters of the Qur’an who are perfect for its performance.

It will be the last stop for the work of the preliminary qualifiers committee for the Sultan Qaboos Holy Quran Competition in its current session in the Governorate of Muscat.
