Muscat: Radisson Blu Hotel, Muscat, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Kasch as new General Manager. The hotel comprises 153 guestrooms and suites along with four restaurants and bars that offer a wide variety of cuisines and ambiance, including an Italian fine dining offering and an Irish pub. The hotel hosts numerous business events throughout the year.

Michael brings 30 years’ of experience and expertise in the hotel industry and has worked in several countries across the region & globe before his previous assignment with Air Arabia in UAE as General Manager – Hospitality. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions in the food & beverage departments of reputable hotels in the UAE, Japan & Jordan. He has led several successful teams as Executive Assistant Manager & General Manager with brands like Rotana, Accor, Ramada and Marriott hotels in UAE.

A German national, Michael holds a certificate in Hotel Management from Royal Hotel School in Turnhout Belgium. He is a passionate hotelier committed to effecting change and encouraging efficiency within his teams to achieve new levels of profitability, highest customer service in all outlets.
