RAM Celebrates Conclusion of 2-Year Certified Leadership Programme

Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) today celebrated the graduation of 24 trainers who attended a 2-year “certified trainer training programme”. The course, known as “Partnership for Development Programme”, was designed to upgrade the efficiency of leadership trainers to international standards of professionalism.

It was implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and the University of Arizona’s “Eller Center for Executive Education Programmes”.

Mahmood Abdullah Al Aweini, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Partnership for Development Program, the chief guest at the event, said, “The implementation of the integrated programme is aimed at building a community of trainers capable of transferring knowledge, experience and leadership skills to national cadres.

He added that the programme was in pursuance of the “Partnership for Development (Offset) Program” implemented at the Ministry of Finance in cooperation with renowned world institutions and companies. The two-year programme brought about trainers from government units and private sector establishments.

It is worth noting that the Royal Academy of Management is implementing different programs and initiatives during 2024, including two programmes titled “Future Readiness for Future Leaders” (which aims to discover talents and strengthen the community of future leaders) and “The National CEO Programme” (which aims to groom world-class Omani CEOs). – ONA
