    • RAO Commander Receives UK Army’s Chief of the General Staff

    Muscat: Maj. Gen Mattar Salim Al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO) received in his office at Al Murtafa’a Garrison today Gen. Sir Patrick Sanders, Chief of the General Staff of the British Army.

    The two sides exchanged views on several military matters of mutual interest.

    The meeting was attended by several senior RAO officers and the Defence Attaché of the British embassy at Muscat. – ONA
