Muscat: The Authority for Public Services Regulation confirmed that the royal directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik- regarding reducing the drinking water connection fees to residential categories, come as an embodiment of the supreme keenness of His Majesty to enhance the provision of services.
