    Muscat: The Consumer Protection Authority (CPA) has seized a retail store for trading and selling herbs with medical claims in the markets of Al Dhahirah Governroate.

    A retail store was seized for trading and selling herbs with medical claims in the markets of Al Dhahirah Governorate, in violation of Resolution No. (254/2015), which regulates the circulation and advertising of natural and processed herbs, plant extracts, and medical devices. Consequently, an administrative fine was levied, seizures were confiscated, and a violation was registered against the store.
