RNO Begins Naval Drill “Sea Lion 1/2024″

Muscat: Activities of the naval drill “Sea Lion 1/2024” began today. It is implemented by the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) in the Sea of Oman, with the support of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) and the Maritime Security Centre (MSC).

The exercise began with a briefing on the drill’s plan presented by Commodore Jasim Mohammed Al Balushi, Director General of Operations and Plans at the RNO.

Carrying out this drill comes within the framework of the RNO annual training plans, which aim to sustain preparedness. -ONA
