Muscat: Good news for outdoor adventure lovers of rock climbing wall as the opening of the climbing wall in the town of Misfat al-Abriyeen in the Wilayat of Al-Hamra

The opening of the climbing wall project comes as a qualitative addition to the tourism products in the town and a model for mountain adventure enthusiasts and climbing enthusiasts.

The Climbing wall will have three different track suitable for children, amateurs and professionals.

The tourism sector in the town of Misfat al-Abriyeen in the Wilayat of Al-Hamra, in cooperation with the Wadi Adventures Company to organize tourist trips, implemented a tourism event represented in the climbing wall in continuation of the tourist movement witnessed by the town of Misfat al-Abriyeen and the diversity of tourism products and programs that meet the desires of visitors of different ages and nationalities.

Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al-Abri, who is in charge of the project and one of the tour guides in the town of Misfat Al-Abrien, said: The wall was designed by a company specialized in this field, and it will be operated and managed by young people from the Wilayat after passing a training course in this field, adding that it is hoped that the project will attract a lot of people. An adventure lover, especially during the tourist season, which extends from October to April of each year, and includes three different tracks suitable for children, amateurs and professionals.

Also, the climbing wall is located near the internal parking spaces of the town, and the project started receiving visitors starting today, Friday.
