    • ROHM to Present Gala Concert Friday

    The Royal Opera House Muscat (ROHM) will present this Friday a gala concert entitled ‘Opera Hits’.

    The concert will feature solo artists with singers from the Choir of the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari accompanied by the Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari and conducted by the charismatic young maestro, Gaetano Lo Coco.

    Opera Hits is a concert compiled of arias, duets and overtures from the world’s best loved opera songs.

    Drawing from operas across the classical canon, including pieces from opera buffa and opera seria, the programme is designed to capture the range of emotional expression in song.

    Participating soloists include soprano Francesca Benitez, mezzo-soprano Lara Rotili, tenor Matteo Mezzaro, baritone Nicolai Zemlianskikh and bass Vincenzo Taormina.
