    Muscat: Royal Oman Police arrested one on charge of running over a woman

    In a statement ROP said: Muscat Governorate Police Command arrests a person on charges of running over a foreign woman, stealing her possessions, and escaping from the scene of the accident, and is taking legal measures against him.
