Royal Guard of Oman issues an announcement for retirees

Muscat: The Royal Guard of Oman Retirement Fund has issued an announcement to all retirees of the Guard that they must review social services and the affairs of retirees or visit post offices to update their personal data. The agents of the heirs must also visit the Royal Guard of Oman Retirement Fund during the period from November 1 to December 31, 2020 during the official working hours, accompanied with them.

The following documents for retiree:

1, A copy of a valid retirement card.

2, A copy of a valid passport and ID card of retiree

3, Two passport photos.

4, A copy of a valid passport or ID card for the children

5, A copy of the valid passport or ID card of the wives  + marriage certificate

6, A copy of the legal agency and valid wills decision To the heirs

7, A copy of the marriage certificate / proof of widowhood / divorce certificate (for the heirs).

-Proof of work or his death from the Ministry of Labor (for the heirs).

A copy of the ID card or passport of the retired parent if they were alive.

– The necessity to bring a work letter or not to the retired from the Ministry of Labor.

The Retirement Fund confirmed that it will – in case the above data are not updated within the specified period – to suspend the retirement pension payment until the data is updated.
