Muscat: Commodore Tarik Issa Al Raisi, Acting Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) received at Al Murtafaa Garrison today a military delegation from the Republic of India, headed by Commodore Anil Jaggi, Director of the Indian Navy’s Foreign Cooperation.
The delegation, currently visiting Oman, is taking part in the Oman-India naval staff talks for 2023.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views and discussed several matters of common interest. They also touched on means of enhancing cooperation between the two sides.
The meeting was attended by Commodore Jassim Mohammed Al Balushi, RNO Director of Operations and Plans, and a number of senior RNO officers. – ONA
