The Royal Navy of Oman has harnessed the ships of its fleet to run cruises to transport some equipment, materials and necessary needs to the Lima District in the Musandam Governorate as a result of being affected by the weather conditions, which led to heavy rains and the flow of valleys, which caused interruption of roads and affected some basic services, as one of the ships of the Royal Navy sailed the Omani port of Khasab loaded with some necessary equipment and supplies to the port of Lima in the Musandam Governorate, in order to maintain the continuity of the necessary materials throughout the prosecution and the rest of the other basic needs.
This comes within the framework of the national and humanitarian efforts and roles provided by the Sultan’s Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense departments to citizens and residents on the homeland along with the rest of the other government institutions.
