    Al Nu’amani Meets Chairman of Russia’s Maritime Board

    Muscat: General Sultan Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, received today at his office Nikolai Patrushev, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation and Chairman of the Maritime Board of the Russian Federation, and the accompanying delegation.

    During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the progress of relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Russian Federation across various fields, and explored ways to further develop them in a manner that serves the mutual interests of the two countries.

    For his part, the guest expressed his appreciation for the Sultanate of Oman’s consistent efforts and constructive role in addressing regional and international issues.

    The meeting also included an exchange of views on a number of matters of common interest.

    The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Sultanate of Oman.
