    Muscat: The Royal Oman Police activates its operations and services at the Empty Quarter highway road as part of the security system for the land ports management. The border is equipped with many services that facilitate movement, such as passport and residence services, which are provided through a number of counters to ensure the speedy completion of travel procedures in the directions of entry and exit and the completion of visa procedures in halls equipped with systems.

    The border also includes the provision of customs services represented in customs clearance, examination and auditing of exports and imports by means of advanced electronic inspection devices in the field of safe and rapid customs inspection in order to speed up the clearance of customs procedures and enhance performance.
