Muscat: In the light of the decisions made by the Supreme Committee on COVID-19, the Royal Oman Police announces the prevention of movement starting from 11th October between 8pm and 5am
Limitations and exceptions:
A, Royal Oman Police explains vehicles allowed during night lockdown:
- Emergency vehicles (electricity/water/communications)
- garbage nad sewage trucks.
- Ambulance and Civil Defense vehicles
- food supply and consumables vehicles
- fish transport vehicles
- oil, gas, and water tankers.
B, Medical staff as well as workers in the filed hospital at the old airport
C, Trucks transporting containers for imports and exports through ports and official border posts (Truck drivers only)
D, Travelers arriving and departing through airports (Travel ticket will be required)
E, Emergency and humanitarian situations, as well as patients with appointments in hospitals and medical centers (proof of appointment letter or SMS will be required)
