    • SAF Chief of Staff Receives UK Army’s Chief of the General Staff

    Muscat: Vice Admiral Abdullah Khamis Al Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) received in his office at Al Murtafa’a Garrison today Gen. Sir Patrick Sanders, Chief of the General Staff of the British Army.

    The two sides reviewed area of military cooperation between the two countries. They also exchanged views on several matters of mutual interest.

    The meeting was attended by Brigadier Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Manthari, SAF Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations and Planning and the Defence Attaché of the British embassy at Muscat. – ONA
