Saudi Arabia’s media delegation visits Oman’s Ministry of Information

Muscat: A media delegation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) today visited the headquarters of the Ministry of Information on the sidelines of the visit to Oman later today by HRH Price Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, KSA Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense.

The delegation toured various departments of the information Ministry and was briefed about the role of media establishments in conveying a sound media message at the local and regional levels. The delegation also took note of the modern equipment, techniques and the media staff operating in different print, audio, visual and electronic fields.

The media delegation included Dr. Khaled  Al Ghamdi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information for International Media Relations, Dr.Fahd Hassan Al Aqran, president of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), representatives and editors-in-cheif of various Saudi media establishments.

The Saudi delegation was received by Ali Khalfan Al Jabri, Information Undersecretary at the Ministry of Information, and Mohammed Said Al Balushi, the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Radio and Television, among other officials.
