Sayyid Fahd returns Home after attending 41st GCC Summit in Saudi Arabia

Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Cabinet Affairs, returned to the country this evening after leading the Sultanate’s delegation in the 41st GCC summit meetings of the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.

After the conclusion of the conference, His Highness Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmoud Al Said sent a cable of thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud of sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including his thanks and appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality extended to him and the accompanying delegation.

Upon his return, His Highness was received by His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Saeedi, Minister of Health, His Excellency Sayyid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, His Excellency Eng. Saeed bin Hamoud Al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, His Excellency Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousuf, Minister of Trade, Industry and Investment Promotion, and His Excellency Dr. Mahad bin Saeed Ba’awin, Minister of Labor, and Ambassador Eid bin Muhammad al-Thaqafi, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the Sultanate.
