Sayyid Shihab bids farewell to Ambassador of Philippines

Muscat: Delegated by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, received in his office at Al Murtafaa Garrison today Imelda Macapundag Panolong, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines, to bid her farewell at the end of her tour of duty.

HH Sayyid Shihab expressed his appreciation for the efforts exerted by the ambassador to enhance bilateral relations, wishing her success.

On her turn, the ambassador lauded the advanced relations between the two countries. She also expressed her thanks for the cooperation extended to her during her tour of duty in the Sultanate of Oman. – ONA
