    The second edition of the Empty Quarter Festival will start from January 25 to February 3, 2023.

    The festival is held in Al-Khadf area of the Niqab Al-Shasr in the Wilayat of Thumrait in the Dhofar Governorate, organized by the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism.
