Seeb Parents Council discusses Student Overcrowding in Schools

Muscat: The Parents’ Council in Seeb held a meeting, headed by His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Shehhi, Seeb wali and the council head. The meeting discussed several topics that are related to the educational progress for the 2024/2025 academic year.

The meeting reviewed the proposed plan to activate the Parents Council for the academic year 2024/2025, its implementation to achieve the desired aims, and the newest legal developments, which are related to the council’s endowment building.

The meeting discussed the problem of student overcrowding in schools, which is considered one of the most noticeable challenges that face educational institutions. The meeting concluded with an agreement for field visits to some schools, headed by Seeb wali and many council members. It is in coordination with the General Directorate of Education in Muscat Governorate. It aims to evaluate the situation and work to find appropriate solutions.
