

Muscat: Sayyid Hamoud Faisal Al Busaidi, Minister of Interior, today issued a ministerial decision specifying the date, day and time of Shura Council’s 10th Term elections in Oman and abroad.
The decision states that Sunday, the 22nd of October 2023, will be the date on which Omani voters abroad could elect members for the Shura Council’s Tenth Term. The decision also states that Sunday, the 29th of October 2023, will be the date on which Omani voters within Oman could elect members for the Shura Council’s Tenth Term. On either date, the voting process begins at 8 am and ends at 7 pm.
The Ministry of Interior will outline the steps and procedures necessary for the voting process at a later stage.
