In a disclosure to Muscat Stock Exchange the company said: “Further to the disclosures made on 11″ July 2021, 8 of November 2021, the 15 of October 2023, and the 23″ of October 2023, Sohar International Bank S.A.0.G (“Sohar International”) would like to announce that its branch in Riyadh – the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia commenced commercial operations today, the 7″ of January 2024. Sohar International would like to express its sincere appreciation to the regulatory authorities in both Suadi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman for their support and guidance.”
