The Euromoney Awards for Excellence celebrates outstanding innovations and contributions in banking and finance at national, regional, and global levels. Through a rigorous evaluation process, the awards are presented to banks based on various criteria such as investment leadership, product diversity, financial performance, asset and revenue quality, customer satisfaction, and digital offerings. Sohar International emerged as the recipient of the Best Investment Bank in Oman Award, showcasing its market-leading investment banking offerings and adherence to best practices. The bank’s customer-centric approach reflects its significant contributions to the financial and banking sectors.

    The Euromoney Awards for Excellence was held on June 21, 2023, at the Shangri-la, Dubai. The evening witnessed the attendance of key delegates, top officials from leading corporate houses, and industry experts from different sectors. The esteemed event also brought together top banks and institutions from the Middle East who have made significant contributions to the banking industry.
