Sohar University Holds Virtual graduation ceremony of 20th batch on Oman TV

Sohar: Sohar University on Friday celebrated the graduation of the 20th batch (remotely), under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Sebaa bin Hamdan Al Saadi, Secretary-General of the Supreme Committee for National Day Celebrations.

The ceremony included: a speech by His Excellency Sheikh, the sponsor of the ceremony, and a speech by Dr. Hamdan bin Sulaiman Al-Fazari, Acting President of Sohar University, in addition to the alumni’s speech and a visual presentation on the university’s progress and its academic role in scientific research and the twenty-year anniversary of the opening of the university as the first private university in the Sultanate Oman.

It is noteworthy that the graduating class of the twentieth batch has a number of 1686 male and female graduates, including 441 from the College of Business Administration, 228 from the College of Engineering, 178 from the College of Computer and Information Technology, and 307 from the College of Language Studies. and 389 from the College of Education and Arts, and 143 from the College of Law.
