South Al Batinah Explores Tourism Investment with Chinese Delegation

A’Rustaq:  The Governor’s Office of South Al Batinah held a coordination meeting with a delegation from China’s Huiquan Dynasty Hotel Qingdao, a company specializing in hospitality and leisure projects.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the Planning and Investment Department at the Governor’s Office, the SMEs Development Authority (Riyada), and the Heritage and Tourism Department in the governorate.

The meeting reviewed investment opportunities available in South Al Batinah, including development sites and land, while highlighting the governorate’s tourism and economic potential as an attractive destination for investment.

Discussions also addressed means of enhancing cooperation and exploring mechanisms for developing hotel and leisure projects aimed at supporting tourism activity and strengthening the sector’s contribution to the local economy.

The meeting comes within ongoing efforts to promote investment partnerships and attract international expertise in support of sustainable development goals.
