    • SPE International Hydraulic Fracturing Technology Conference and Exhibition 2023 Kicks off on Tuesday

    Muscat: The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) International Hydraulic Fracturing Technology Conference and Exhibition begins on Tuesday, at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center, and will last 3 days.

    The conference and the accompanying exhibition showcase the latest current and future technologies in the field of hydraulic fracturing that will enable the energy sector to achieve increased growth, maintain cost flexibility, and reduce carbon emissions.

    The conference focuses on several topics, including the growth of hydraulic fracturing technology, new and digital technologies, and sustainability, with the participation of more than 50 specialists in this field.

    The exhibition includes more than 20 institutions and companies unveiling the latest innovations and equipment for hydraulic fracturing technology. The opening ceremony is sponsored by His Excellency Mohsen bin Hamad Al Hadhrami, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals.
