    Liwa: The wilayats of Liwa and Shinas in the Al Batinah North Governorate have witnessed, since the early morning, sporadic rains of varying intensity, distributed to coastal and mountainous villages, such as: Fazah, Al Rasa, Dabeen, Nabr, Al Zahiyah, Ghaffan, Al Ghazil and other villages.

    In the Wilayat of Shinas, the rainfall was distributed over the various villages of the state, and led to water pools in the roads and low places, and the rains also led to a noticeable drop in temperature.
