State Council, Majlis A’Shura Conclude Discussion on Dispute Items Regarding Draft Tourism Law, Public Debt Law

Muscat: The State Council and the Shura Council today held their 2nd joint session as part of the Council of Oman’s 4th regular convening of its 7th term.

The session discussed reports of the joint committees between the two councils on items of dispute regarding the draft bills of the Tourism Law and the Public Debt Law in preparation of submitting the aforementioned draft bills to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.

The session was attended by Khalid Hilal Al Ma’awali, Chairman of the Shura Council, the Secretary General of the State Council, the Secretary General of the Shura Council and members of the two councils. – ONA
