    • Sultan Qaboos University discusses the tourism strategy 2040

    Muscat: Sultan Qaboos University , represented by the College of Arts and Social Sciences, organized today a dialogue session entitled “Sultanate of Oman’s Tourism Strategy 2040, Possibilities and Challenges”, at the college’s cultural events theatre.

    During the session, His Excellency Azzan bin Qasim Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism for Tourism, spoke about the Ministry’s plans to develop tourism and the challenges facing this sector, especially those related to the investment aspects, and the procedural and administrative facilities provided by the Ministry.

    The discussion session was attended by academics and students from inside and outside the university, as well as interested business owners in this sector.
