    Muscat: Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs (MERA) issued a statement of Not Sighting the Crescent of the Month Jumada Al-Akhirah 1445 AH.

    In a statement MERA said: The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs announces that the Crescent of the Month Jumada Al-Akhirah 1445 AH was not sighted after the sunset of this evening, Wednesday 29th Jumada Al-Ula 1445 AH (13th December 29th 2023). Therefore, tomorrow i.e. Thursday (14TH December 2023) will mark the end of Jumada Al-Ula 1445 AH, and Friday (15th December 2023) will mark the beginning of jumada Al-Akhirah 1445 AH.

    We ask Allah Almighty to bless this month and the rest of the months, and may He grant us with success and prosperity.
