They can change my IMDb Rating, not my mind’ Deepika responds on Chhapaak bring trolled after her JNU Visit

Actress Deepika Padukone reacts to the incident after she reported the downvoting rating on IMDb following her visit to JNU. Deepika made it clear that the IMDb rating may be changed but I cannot change my mind. During an interview, the actress retracted her stance and responded to critics.

Deepika was on campus after the students were attacked in JNU. It was two days before the release of the movie. However, BJP and Sangh Parivar leaders alleged that Deepika was in JNU for the promotion. Thereafter, Deepika and Cinema were attacked in cyber world.

The Hate Campaign Against Deepakia was held on Twitter, Facebook and other social media. The film was later rated 4.6 out of 10 on IMDb. In an interview, she asked Deepika what she thought about it. Deepika’s reply was that they have change my IMDb rating but I cannot change my mind.”“Unhone meri IMDb rating badli hai, mera mann nahi”.

A number of people have taken to social media to praise Deepika who once again made her stand on the JNU issue.
