Muscat: The Department of Civil Defense and Ambulance in Al-Buraimi Governorate received a report about the drifting of two vehicles, including 7 people, in a valley stream in the Wilayat of Mahda. Four of them were rescued, and the other three were missing. The search and rescue teams of the governorate administration are searching for the missing three.
In a statement CDAA said on Sunday: “In cooperation between the Civil Defense and Ambulance Departments, and the Police Command in the governorates of Al-Buraimi and North Al-Batinah, the two missing persons were found dead.
The authority thanks the citizens for their cooperation with the civil defense and ambulance men during the search operations.
Earlier CDAA said: “In cooperation with the Buraimi Governorate Police Command, and the citizens, a person was found dead, as the search continues for the other two persons.”
