Muscat: Total volume of Investments in Rusayl Industrial City exceeds RO 437 million by end of 2021

In a statement Oman news agency said: By the end of 2021, the total volume of investments in Rusayl Industrial City exceeded 437 million Omani riyals, and the city was able to localize 18 projects, bringing the total number of projects to 288 projects built on a total area of more than 4.5 million square metres.

Eng. Mohsen bin Zahran Al Hinai, CEO of Rusayl Industrial City Company, told Oman News Agency: The city is witnessing a qualitative leap in various fields, starting with the transfer of the city’s management and operation by the Oman Investment and Development Holding Company “Mubadara” to the Rusayl Industrial City Company

To be the first company specialized in the field of building, managing and operating industrial cities to reach the huge infrastructure projects that the industrial city is witnessing during the current and future phases.

He points out that there are many vital projects that the company is implementing in the city with the aim of reconfiguring it, including the Phase 2A development project, at a cost of more than 32 million Omani riyals, with a completion rate of 90%, with an area of 1.9 million square meters leased by more than 90 percent.
