Tour of Oman 2024 Stage 1 road closures announced on Saturday

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police announces a partial traffic closure on Saturday, 10 February 2024 during the First Stage of the Tour of Oman 2024.

In a statement ROP said: The Royal Oman Police – Directorate of Relations and Security Information – announces a partial traffic closure on Saturday, 10 February 2024 during the First Stage of the Tour of Oman 2024.

Thus, parking of vehicles is prohibited on both sides of the roads adjacent to the race route as follows:

The race will start at 11:20 am in front of the Oman Across Ages Museum in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate towards. the Wilayat of Manah to the Wali’s Office, then to the Wilayat of Izki via Zakit roundabout to Ruwwad Al Ibdaa School, heading to the Wadi Al Aqq old road, passing through Al Hamidah, Al Qaryatayn, Wadi Anadam, Al Aliya, Al Masalih Road, Al Nimra and Al Jarda to the Wilayat of Samail, to the Wilayat of Bidbid to Muscat Governorate, turn right from Burj Al Sahwa Roundabout to Muaskar Al Murtafa’a roundabout, turn left to Al Irfan traffic lights via the Military College roundabout, and end in front of Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
