Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) announces a partial traffic closure on Sunday, 11 February 2024 during the Stage 1 of the Tour of Oman 2024.
In a statement ROP said: The Royal Oman Police – Directorate of Relations ‘ and Security Information – announces a partial traffic closure on Sunday, 11 February 2024 during the Second Stage of the Tour of Oman 2024.
Thus, parking of vehicles is prohibited on both sides of the roads adjacent to the race route as follows:
The race will start at 11:15 am from Al Sifah area in the Wilayat of Muscat towards Yeti to Al Bustan, then return back to Al Wadi Al Kabir to Darsait traffic lights, turn left to Ruwi, then to Al Amerat via Wadi Adai, and finish at the Wilayat of Quriyat Aqaba.
