    Muscat: Two citizens have been arrested by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) for stealing a vehicle from the front of a house after they found the key inside it.

    In a statement ROP said: “Muscat Governorate Police Command arrested two citizens on charges of stealing a vehicle from the front of a house after they found the key inside it, and legal procedures are being completed against them.”
