    Muscat: The Department of Blood Banks Services (DBBS) Oman confirmed today its urgent need for type 0 negative.

    In a statement announced in online: The Department of Blood Banks Services (DBBS) said Due to the urgent need for type O negative we ask those who carry this species to take initiative to donate blood in Central Bowshar.

    The department stated that the donor must contact the number 94555684 to book an appointment for donating blood.

    The Ministry of Health had published a clarification about the cases that must be reported to the doctor before donating blood, namely:

    1, Take any kind of medication.
    2, Destinations you have traveled to recently.
    3, Get vaccinated or vaccinated.
    4, Undergo any surgery within less than 6 months.
    5, Suffering from chronic diseases.
    6, Any other health problems.
